We accept cash, check or credit card. There will be a 3% processing fee for credit card payments.

PRICE & PORTION
H&H Beef is $5 per pound and can be ordered in the portions of a quarter, half, or whole cow. This is calculated off the hanging weight and does not include the cut and wrap. A typical order will include steaks, ground beef, roasts, and stew meats, but you can personalize it to your preference.

PLACE YOUR ORDER
Visit our contact page to let us know if you'd like a quarter, half or whole, and your preferred method of payment. We will send you an invoice to secure your order with a $300 non refundable deposit. Next you will place your order with the butcher on their website
Please confirm with us once you've placed your order.​
PAYMENT & PICKUP
Once we receive the hanging weight we will send you an invoice for your remaining balance.
You will be notified when your beef is ready and can pick it up at
4 Star Meat Company.
