ROTATIONAL GRAZING FOR
THE BEST FEED
We manage our cattle through rotational grazing. This means we move them before they eat the grass down too much which allows it to replenish by the time we make it back to that pasture. We want our cattle to constantly be eating the best feed possible while they're on the ranch.
GRAIN FINISHED FOR
ENHANCED FLAVOR
We feed the cattle grain and corn for the last few months they are on the ranch. Adding this into their diets enhances the marbling in the meat which enriches the texture and taste.
BUTCHERED TO YOUR PREFERENCE
